First off, i love the therapeutic smell and second, the texture is light to touch without being too “heavy” which is atypical of this kind of cream. I usually use it when i feel soreness from a tough workout and it provides great relief. I had heavy upper body wods back to back and a quick applications of the cream on my shoulders and back kept me going for the next one!
